Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "sg7773" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us": Refers to sg7773.club, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
- "You" / "User" / "Player": Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the sg7773 platform.
- "Account": The registered user account created on sg7773.club through which a User accesses Platform services.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

When registering, you agree to:

KYC Verification & Identity Confirmation

By depositing funds to your sg7773 account, you confirm that:

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with this Agreement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for the originating deposit.
Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard Philippine banking processing windows and may take up to 3 business days. sg7773 aims to approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.
sg7773 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing time. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
sg7773 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before conversion to withdrawable cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Game Rules & Platform Conduct
Each game available on the sg7773 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules in addition to this Agreement.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sg7773 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with sg7773.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage.

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

- Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request to do so.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, sg7773 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any winnings generated in connection with the prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for reasons other than User breach (such as business decision or regulatory requirement), sg7773 will return the verified uninvested balance to the User via their registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. sg7773 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, loss of access due to account suspension following a breach, or losses incurred as a result of problem gambling.
sg7773's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit sg7773's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
Privacy & Data Protection
sg7773's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the sg7773 Privacy Policy, available at sg7773.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding terms between sg7773 and you.
By registering on sg7773, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. sg7773 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
Amendments to This Agreement
sg7773 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sg7773 will notify registered Users via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
Amended Terms and Conditions take effect upon the date specified in the amendment notice. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the sg7773 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice may be referred to mediation or, if necessary, submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
sg7773's decisions regarding game outcomes following a formal review, account actions following a compliance investigation, and bonus calculations following a wagering review are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
